EHM Slurry Pump

1. Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner and can be removed completely;
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
4. Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD, SCR control, etc;
5. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal;

Application and Reference

Bearing assembly of EHM series slurry pump use cylindrical structure, it is convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner and can be removed completely. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
 
 
 
The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit various installation and application requirements.
 
 
 
As for the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
