EHR Slurry Pump

1. Frame Plate and Cover Plate: The outer casing is made of grey cast iron or ductile cast iron according to the working pressure, with split with split structure and blots connected,which ensuring security and easy replacement of the wet parts;
2. Interchangeable anti-corrosive wet parts made of natural rubber or other customized elastomer materials;
3.Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD, SCR control, etc;
4. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal;

Application and Reference
Series EHR slurry pumps are widely used in the mining, coal washing, power plant, metallurgy, petrochemical, building material, dredging, and other industrial departments, etc. It is used in the various working sites including hydrocyclone feeding pump, magnetic separator feeding pump, underflow slurry pump (thickener underflow pump, filter separator underflow pump), flotation feeding pump, vibrating sieve feeding pump, shaking grading pressure pump, concentrate pump, tailing pump.

EHR Slurry Pump Structure
 
Bearing assembly of EHR series slurry pump use cylindrical structure, it is convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner and can be removed completely. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
 
 
 
The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit various installation and application requirements.
 
 
 
As for the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
